濟州國際觀光馬拉松節創辦於 1995 年，是韓國首個開放一般民眾參與的市民馬拉松賽事。活動以濟州純淨自然環境與美麗海岸線規劃賽道，打造出一場適合男女老少、親子與情侶皆可輕鬆參與的運動慶典。這不僅是一場馬拉松比賽，更是一個能讓所有人共同享受運動與自然之美的盛會。
